摘要

Abstract

[ Objective ] The study aimed to study the antimicrobial capability of Clerodendron bungei on the common microbe in plant. [ Method] The bacteria cake method was used to study the antimicrobial capability of Clerodendron bungei. [ Result] The extracts had antimicrobial action on Fusarium gramirearum, Dothiorella gregaria, F. oxysporum f. sp. vasinfectum and Botrytis cinerea. The extracts of stem from water had the strongest antimicrobial action on Dothiorella gregaria. The MIC was 15 mg/ml. The extracts of stem from ethanol had the best antimicrobial effect on Fusarium graminearum. The MIC was 30 mg/ml. The extracts had different effect when pH was in 4 -8. [ Conclusion] The extracts of Clerodendron bungei had good antibacterial effects to four kinds of pathogenic fungi.
