摘要
Abstract
[ Objective ] The research aimed to explore an effective and pratical method of synchronous oestrus for Boer Goat. [ Method ] With Boer hybrid goat as the research object, three different synchronous oestrus methods were designed. The synchronous oestrus rate, the ovary state after oestrus and fecundation rate in oestrus stage under different treatments were studied. [ Result ] The synchronous oestrus rate in group 1 ( CIDR + PG + PMSG ) and group 3 ( PG + PMSG) were significantly higher than that in group 2 ( PG + tri-hormone) ( P ＜ 0.05 ). The ovary state in oestrum goat in group 1 was better than that in group 2 and 3 and the fecundation rate in oestrum in group 1 was also significantly higher than that in other two groups. [ Conclusion ] The most efficient method of the synchronous oestrus for Boer hybrid goat was CIDR + PG + PMSG.关键词
