摘要
Abstract
[ Objective ] The research aimed to provide basis for the treatment of swine diseases in the production of pigs. [ Method ] Through clinical examination ,PCR and RT-PCR detection, the suspected cases of finishing pigs purchased from another farm, its own sows and preweaning piglets infected by porcine circovirus type2 (PCV-2) and Porcine Reproductive and Respiratory Syndrome Virus (PRRS) in a pig breeding farm were analyzed. [ Result] The cases were diagnosed as mixed infection with PCV-2 and PRRS and secondary infection of Streptococcus suis type 2 (SS2). The infected pigs were basically cured by segregation, washing out, disinfection and drug prevention and control.[ Conclusion ] The research can provide reference for the control of similar swine diseases.关键词
