miR-199a-3p对前列腺癌细胞迁移及侵袭能力的影响
Effects of miR-199a-3p on Cell Migration and Invasion in Prostate Cancer Cells
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the different expression of miR-199a-3p in different prostate cancer cell lines and the effects of miR-199a-3p on cell migration and invasion in prostate cancer. Methods The expression of miR-199a-3p in 1 E8 (high metastasis prostate cancer) and 2B4 ( low metastasis prostate cancer) cell lines were identified by realtime PCR. The migration and invasion abilities were detected by Transwell experiment. Results (1)By comparing with 2B4 cells, of miR-199a-3p was decreased in 1E8 cells. (2)The invasiveness of 1E8 cells were decreased through miR-199a-3p upregulation. Conclusion miR-199a-3p invasiveness of prostate cancer cells.关键词
