针刺心经心包经对急性心肌缺血大鼠心电图J点、T波振幅及心肌梗死面积的影响
Effects of Electroacupuncture along Heart Channel and Pericardium Channel on Amplitudes of J Point and T Wave of Electrocardiogram and on Myocardial Infarction Area in Rats with Acute Myocardial Ischemia

Abstract
Objective To observe and compare the influence of Electroacupuncture (EA) along the pericardium channel and the heart channel against acute myocardial ischemia. Methods SD rats were randomly divided into normal group, sham operation group, model group, lung channel group, heart channel group,pericardial channel group. The rat model of acute myocardial ischemia was induced by ligating the left anterior descending branch of coronary artery. The rats in the lung channel group were treated with EA along the segment from Taiyuan (LU9) to Lieque (LU7), the rats in the pericardium channel group were treated with EA along the segment from Daling (PC7) to Neiguan (PC6), and the rats in the heart channel group were treated with EA along the segment from Shenmen (HT7) to Tongli (HT5). The amplitudes of J point and T wave of electrocardiogram as well as the myocardial infarction area were observed and compared among the six groups. Results Compared with those in the sham operation group, the amplitude of J point shortly after ligation, and △J (the difference between the amplitude of J point 72 h after ligation and that before ligation), as well as the amplitude of T wave 72 h after ligation, and △T (the difference between the amplitude of T wave 72 h after ligation and that before ligation ) were significantly increased in the model group (P＜0.01). Compared with those of the model group and the lung channel group, the amplitudes of J point and T wave, △J, and △T were significantly decreased 72 h after ligation in the heart channel group and the pericardium channel group (P＜0.05, or P＜0.01). Compared with those in the sham operation group, the myocardial infarction area and the infarction percentage were significantly increased in the model group (P＜0.01). Compared with those in the model group and the lung channel group, the myocardial infarction area and the infarction percentage were significantly decreased in the heart channel group and the pericardium channel group (P＜0.01). Conclusion EA along the heart channel and the pericardium channel can obviously alleviate the abnormalities of J point and T wave of electrocardiogram, and reduce the myocardial infarction area in rats with acute myocardial ischemia; therefore, the two EA therapies can improve the acute myocardial ischemia, both of which are similar in direction and extent.关键词
