Molecular Identification of Sugarcane Yellow Leaf Virus in Guangxi
摘要
Abstract
[ Objective ] The reference for the molecular detection of sugarcane yellow leaf(YSL) and the disease-resisting breeding of sugarcane in Guangxi was provided through the research. [ Method ] Total RNA, extracted from the sample with the disease symptom, was amplified with specific primers P1/P2 for RT-PCR. [ Result ] A distinct fragment of about 630 bp was amplified. The analysis of the nucleotide sequence of the RT-PCR product was found it was the part the SCYLV, which was 95％ -99％ identical to sequence of the SCYLV isolated from other countries. [ Conclusion] The virus infecting the sugarcane in Guangxi was identified as sugarcane yellow leaf virus(SCYLV).关键词
