Abstract
Objective To investigate the risk factors for kidney damage in children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura (HSP). Methods Clinical data of 204 children with HSP from August 2008 to August 2010 were retrospectively analyzed. Results Univariate analysis indicated that age, clinical types, M, B, SD, PLT, PDW, CER, PTA, PTR, INR, APTT-R, AG, TP, ALB, GGT, LDH, TG, CHOL, CREA, and IgG werre significantly positive (P ＜ 0.05). The stepwise logistic regression analysis showed that age, repeated shin rash, gastrointestinal symptoms, ALB, and LDH were the risk factors for kidney damage in children with HSP (P= 0.002, P= 0.008, P= 0.007, P= 0.005, P= 0.04). Conclusion Age, repeated shin rash, gastrointestinal symptoms, ALB, and LDH were the risk factors for kidney damage in children with HSP, patients who had these factors would need reinforced observation.关键词
