市售4种有机磷农药急性毒性研究
Study on Acute Toxicity of 4 Commercial Organophosphorus Pesticides
摘要
Abstract
[ Objective ] The study aimed to detect the acute toxicity of 4 commercial organophosphorus pesticides to SD rat. [ Method ] With 4 - 5 month-old and 180 - 220 kg weighted male SD rats at clean level as the tested animals, their stomaches were peffused with 4 kinds of organophosphorus pesticides at different quality concn. The poisoning performance of the SD rats was observed and their death time was recorded. The acute toxigenicity effect characteristics, the toxigenicity effects between the pesticides and their security concn. were evaluated and their reasons were analyzed. [Result] The lethal concn. (LC50) in 24, 48, 72 and 96 h to SD rat were 3.892, 3.051, 2.618 and 2.458 g/kg resp. for phoxim; that were 0.015, 0.013, 0.012 and 0.011 g/kg resp. for isofenphos-methyl; that were 0. 049, 0.046, 0.043 and 0. 041 g/kg resp. for isocarbophos; that were 0. 137, 0.113, 0. 100 and 0.085 g/kg resp. for acephate. [ Conclusion] 4 kinds of organophosphorus pesticides showed the acute toxicity effect with the cumulative toxicity as the main and their toxicity to the SD rat was in order of isofenphos-methyl ＞ isocarbophos ＞ acephate ＞ phoxim.关键词
