社会支持对赴川救灾医护人员替代性创伤的影响
Impact of Social Support on Vicarious Trauma of Medical Workers in Wenchuan Earthquake

Abstract
Objective To explore the impact of state of the and social support of medical workers during Wenchuan earthquake and their relationship. Methods A total of 160 medical volunteers participated in the disaster relief work during Wenchuan earthquake were enrolled randomly and investigated using " vicarious traumatization questionnaire" and Social Support Scale ( SSS ) . Results Significant differences between sexes were noted in subjective support ( t = 2.685, P＜0.01 ), total score of social support ( t=2.602, P＜0.01), total score of vicarious traumatization ( t =-2.380, P＜0.01 ), affect response ( t=-2.660, P＜0.01), and behavioral response ( t =-2.310, P＜0.01 ); significant differences were noted among different working spots inohjective support ( F =4.179, P＜0.01 ) and the dimension of life beliefs ( F = 6.349, P＜0.001 ); significant differences were noted among different ages in cognitive respond ( F=8.809 , P＜0.001 ) subjective support ( F=4.659, P＜0.01 ), and total score of social support ( F=4.629, P＜0.01 ); negative correlation existed between vicarious trauma and the social support ( r =-0.319, P＜0.05 ); regression analysis showed that social support can effectively predict the onset of vicarious trauma. Conclusion Age and gender differences exist in social support and vicarious trauma of medical professionals, which is also affected by the severity of the disaster. The better the social support for the medical workers, the less vicarious trauma they develop.关键词
