The Depression Status of Outpatients: Investigation of a Grassroots General Hospital
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the prevalence rate and discrimination rate of depressive disorders among outpatients of grassroots general hospitals. Methods General questionnaire of health , Patient Health Questionnaire 15 - Item Somatic Symptom Severity Scale( PHQ - 15 ), Brief 16 - item self - report - the Quick Inventory of Depressives Syptomatology Self - Report ( QIDS - SR16 ) , and Mini International Neuropsychiatric Interview ( MINI ) were employed to investigate the status of outpatients of a grassroots general hospital. Results The prevalence rate of depression disorders was 18.0％ and the discrimination rate was 20.8％ in the investigated grassroots general hospital. Conclusion The prevalence of depression among outpatients from grassroots general hospitals is relatively high and the discrimination rate have yet to he enhanced.关键词
