中部欠发达地区新农村建设进展的调查与思考——以湖北团风张岗村为例
Investigation and Thoughts on the New Rural Construction Progress in Central Underdeveloped Areas
摘要
Abstract
The achievements for socialism new rural construction in China were outstanding, but there were distinct differences among regions. Taking Zhanggang Village in Tuanfeng County of Hubei Province as an example as the representatives of undeveloped regions investigation, its achievements were described and evaluated, and its practical difficulties were discussed from the perspective of the government, village committee and villagers. In the central building of new rural underdeveloped areas, the government should strengthen the benefits of agricultural policies, strengthen the guidance of new village construction; village committee shall implement the policies of the new countryside construction, provide good services; farmers should continue to improve the awareness and enhance the development potential.关键词
