摘要

Abstract

The effects of uniform electric field on soil bacterial community were investigated in soil electrokinetic remediation by PCR-DGGE and bacterial count. The results indicated that there was significant correlation between electric field strength and soil bacterial communities.Electric field lower than 3.0 V/cm could stimulate soil bacterium, and higher electric field could inhibit or kill them. In uniform electric field,soil bacterial communities in the middle were damaged less than near the poles. The amount and diversity of soil bacterial community near the anode were damaged severely, as well as the structure of soil bacterial community near the cathode was damaged severely.
