侧柏种鳞提取物对离体蟾蜍心肌收缩力的影响
Effects of Extracts from Ovuliferous Scale of Platycladus orientalis on Myocardial Contractility of Isolated Toad Heart
摘要
Abstract
[ Objective ] The aim was to study effects of extracts from ovuliferous scale of Plstyclsdus orientalis on cardiovascular functions of animals. [ Method] Effects of extracts from ovuliferous scale of Plstyclsdus orientalis on animal cardiovascular were determined by perfusion and intravenous injection. [ Result] The myocardial contractility of toad heart was increased by perfusing the extract solution at 0.04 -0.10 ml. However, it was decreased when the extract solution was at 0. 15 ml. [ Conclusion] The extracts from seeds of Plstyclsdus orientalis could regulate the animal cardiovascular effectively.关键词
