东北地区野生花揪树种子重量·生活力和发芽能力变异研究
Study on the Variation of Seed Weight, Vitality and Germination Ability of Wild S. pohuashanensis(Hance) Hedl. in Northeast China
摘要
Abstract
[ Objective ] The aim was to study the variation of seed weight, vitality and germination ability of wild S. pohuashanensis (Hance) Hedl.seeds in Northeast China,to provide the basis for the predict of its mature seeds quality and the scientific utilization of its wild resources. [ Method ] Weight, vitality and germination ability of wild S. pohuashanensis (Hance) Hedl. seeds were studied in 6 natural populations in its natural distribution areas of Northeast China with 2 types of seeds of newly collected in current autumn and past collected and stored for 2 years under low temperature in air-tight storage container. [ Result]The results showed that there were significant differences between individuals within populations for seed weight and vitality. There were significant negative correlations between the lowest air temperature and the two indexes. The variation scope of seed weight and vitality were reduced by air-tight storage at low temperature. The germination ability of seeds was the highest for Shanhe population ,but the lowest for Suiyang population and Bajiazi population,and moderate for the others. [ Conclusion]The S. pohuashanensis(Hance)Hedl. seeds has good resistance to cold ,and does the physiological after repening metabolism during storage.关键词
