仙茅提取物对小鼠成骨细胞增殖的影响OACSTPCD
Effect of Curculigo Orchioides Extracts on the Proliferation of Mouse Osteoblast-Like Cells
目的 观察仙茅对小鼠成骨细胞MC3T3-E1增殖的影响.方法 将稀释成不同梯度浓度的仙茅提取物与成骨样细胞MC3T3-E1共同体外培养,以四甲基偶氮唑盐比色(MTT)法检测细胞的增殖.结果 仙茅低浓度组(1∶1 500)增殖率为6.0%,对MC3T3-E1细胞增殖没有影响;中浓度组(1∶1 000)增殖率21.7%,对细胞增殖影响明显(P＜0.05);高浓度组(1∶500)增殖率是51.9%(P＜0.05);极高浓度组(1∶250)增殖率是66.…查看全部>>
Objective To study the effects of the Curculigo orchioides extracts on the proliferation of MC3T3 - E1 cells in vitro. Methods Cell growth of MC3T3 -E1 cells was assayed by MTT method after cells were incubated with the Curculigo orchioides extracts at various concentrations in vitro.
