Effect of Thallus Laminariae Polysaccharides on Platelet Aggregation and Release Reaction in Rabbits
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of thallus laminariae polysaccharides(TLP) on platelet aggregation and release reaction in rabbits. Methods We observed the effect of TLP on platelet aggregation which was induced by PAF in rabbits in vivo study, using turbidimetry, and determined GMP- 140 in plasma using double antibody sandwich method. Results Compared with the saline group,TLP inhibited PAF-induced platelet aggregation were significantly different(P＜0.05, P＜0.01),and can reduce the content of GMP- 140( P ＜0.01 ).
