Abstract
M - health is defined as the emerging healthcare model based on mobile communications , network technologies and special - vehicle technologies. This paper describes the formation and development of M - health, with issues encountered during M - health services concerning running costs, staffing, servicing houndaries and technical limitations analyzed in Liuyangjili healthcare institutions. Then we put forth government regulation, team building, marketing and other appropriate solutions.关键词
