河北省新型农村社会养老保险制度可持续发展研究
Study on the Sustainability of the New Rural Social Pension Insurance System in Hebei Province
摘要
Abstract
In case of Hebei Province, this paper tries to find out the main factors that may affect the sustainable development of the new rural social pension insurance system from ten respects such as financial support capacity, rates for individual contributions set and the level of individual contributions, ability of the village collective benefits, payment incentive and restraint mechanisms, insurance rates, interface with other systems, increasing the value of the fund and its supervision, pilot areas promotion strategies, handling service capabilities, the stability of the system. Then puts forword some specific suggestions, to enhance the sustainability of the new rural social pension insurance system, to promote further improvement and development of the cause of old- age insurance in rural areas.关键词
