摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish the optimized preparation procedure of Atractylodies volatile oil dropping pills. Methods The preparation conditions were studied with the index spherical degree,weight variation and disintegration time limit by uniform design. Results The optimized condition as follow: the proportion of Atractylodies volatile oil was 15％ ,PEG(6 000:4 000 )was 60:40,the temperature of mixture of Atractylodies volatile oil and PEG was 70 ℃ ,dropping distance was 2 cm. Conclusion The preparation procedure is feasible,simple and suitable,the method established in this paper can be adopted for the quality control of Atractylodies volatile oil dropping pills and can be used for production on alarge scale.关键词
