共管机制下草地资源管理的行为主体分析
Study on Stakeholders' Roles and Functions in Community Co-management of Grassland Resources
摘要
Abstract
Based on the case of grassland co-management model in H village, Yunnan Province, taking the three stakeholders( community villagers, local government, non-governmental organizations) in grassland co-management as the key study objects, the interactive relationship of their interests was analyzed rationally, the roles and functions of three stakeholders in every phases of co-management were discussed, and the differences in co-management performance evaluation between two different communities and the causes were analyzed contrastively, so as to further explore the key problems and factors which restricted the effects of grassland co-management.关键词
