Abstract
Through the empirical analysis of farmland and rural labor transfer in Xibaipo Town and Xiaogang Village, some successful experiences in the process of farmland and rural labor transfer were concluded. Through the comparison analysis, the universality of their experiences and the obstacle to accelerate the farmland and rural labor transfer process were expounded, and some direct suggestions and countermeasures were put forward.关键词
