盐胁迫对碱茅草种子萌发的影响
Effects of Salt Stress on Seed Germination of Puccinelia chinampoensis
摘要
Abstract
[ Objective ]The aim was to study the effects of salt stress on seed germination of Puccinelia chinampoensis. [ Method ]Taking the seeds of P. tenuiflora as test material which was treated by NaCl and Na2CO3 solution with different concentrations (0,0.5％, 1.0％, 1.5％ ,2.0％,2.5％ ,3.0％ ,3.5％ ,4.0％ ,4.5％ ,5.0％ and 5.5％ ) ,the changes of germination rate and average germination time of P. chinampoensis under various salt stresses were studied. [ Result ] Under the stress of NaCl and Na2 CO3 with different concentrations,there were obvious differences in the germination rate and average germination time of P. chinampoensis seeds,namely germination rate went down and average germination time prolonged gradually with the increase of salt concentration. However,the stress of Na2CO3 was more obvious than that of NaCl. [ Conclusion]The study could provide theoretical references for the vegetation restoration of saline land.关键词
