冬虫夏草含药血清诱导神经干细胞定向分化的影响
Directed differentiation of neural stem cell induced by aweto serum
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the effect of awelo serum on direcled differentiation of neural stem cells in hippocampi of newborn rats. Methods Hippocampi of newborn Wislar rats within 24 hours were isolated and three generations of neural stem cells were cullured. Low, medium and high doses of awelo serum were added in cullure medium and their effecls on neural stem cells were observed and compared with that of conlrol serum. Nerve cell growlh curve was delecled by MTT and the differentiation of neural stem cells into neurons was examed by immunohislochemislry. Results The isolated hippocampal nerve clone ball was idenlified as Neslin-posilive cells after immunocylochemislry deleclion. The differenlialed cells adhering to NSC were NSE and GFAP positive. More positive neurons differentiated by neural stem cells were observed in low and medium dose of awelo serum group, and the effect was in proporlion with the dose. There was no difference between high dose of awelo serum group and conlrol group. Conclusion The awelo containing serum can induce the differentiation of neural stem cell into neurons in vitro and the effect is in dependence with the dose to some exlenl.关键词
