摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the value of modified reflux-coloclysis in treatment of congenital megacolon of children. Methods Tolally 90 children with congenital megacolon were enrolled and divided into control group and observation group. The patients in control group were received traditional reflux-coloclysis while those in observation group were given modified reflux-coloclysis. The coloclysis time,input and output of coloclysis fluid, relic solution, cooperation degree, condition of perianal skin, postoperative hospital duration and cleaning effect of the two groups were observed. Results There were marked differences between two groups in coloclysis time, postoperative hospital duration and input and output of coloclysis fluid ( P < 0. 01) ;better perianal skin condition and cleaning effect were observed in observation group compared with those in control group (P<0. 01). Conclusion With less time,labour and better cleaning effect, the modified reflux-coloclysis is effective for congenital megacolon of children.关键词
