Genetics Analysis of Etiological Subtypes of Ischaemic Stroke
摘要
Abstract
Ischemic stroke ( IS ) is a polygenic disease closely related to genetic factors. In this review, we discuss the candidate genes for IS involved in lipid metabolism, inflammation, platelet activation, homocysteine metabolism and so on. We also analyze the polymorphisms of the predisposing genes among different etiological subtypes of IS to facilitate the etiological diagnosis and individualized prevention of IS.关键词
