血清25羟维生素D3水平与2型糖尿病下肢血管病变的关系研究
Relationship between Serum 25-Hydroxyvitamin D3 Concentrations and Lower Limb Peripheral Arterial Disease in Type 2 Diabetic Patients

Abstract
Objective To explore the relationship between 25 - hydroxyvitamin D3 [ 25 ( OH ) D3, VD ] and lower limb peripheral arterial disease ( LLPAD ) . Methods A total of 210 type 2 diabetic patients and 50 non - diabetic healthy subjects were enrolled in this study. All the diabetic patients underwent ultrasonography and were divided into 2 groups [ LLPAD group ( n =94 ) and non - LLPAD group ( n = 116 ) ] . Clinical data were collected, routine biochemical indices were determined , and serum VD were measured in the diabetic patients and the non - diabetic healthy subjects. Results VD levels decreased significantly in the LLPAD group, with statistically significant differences from the non - LLPAD group ( P < 0. 05 ). Multivariate logistic regression revealed that age ( OR = 1. 064, P = 0. 001 ), smoking ( OR = 3. 639, P = 0. 001 ), DBP ( OR = 1.046, P=0.010), HbAlc ( OR = 1.188, P =0.048), LDL - C ( OR = 1.520, P =0.028) and serum VD ( OR = 0. 096, P =0. 001 ) were independent risk factors for LLPAD among diabetic patients. Conclusion The development of LLPAD is closely related to old age, smoking, DBP, increased levels of HbAlc, LDL - C , and decreased level of serum VD.关键词
