特发性甲状旁腺功能减退症的临床特点及相关因素研究

Abstract
Objective To study the clinical characteristics of idiopathic hypoparathyroidism ( IHP ) and the related factors of main complications. Methods Clinical data of 44 hospitalized IHP cases from the first affiliated hospital of Guangxi medical university from December 1994 to September 2009 were retrospectively analyzed. Results The median duration was 30 months; misdiagnosis rate was 95. 5% ; 40 cases displayed limb tetany, seizures were seen in 19 cases, disturbance of intelligence was noted in 14 cases, cataract was noted in 6 cases; cerebral calcification was found in 26 cases. Cerebral calcification was among the risk factors of epilepsy ( B = 1. 168, OR =3. 216, P =0. 006 ); blood phosphate level was positively correlated with blood calcium x phosphorus product ( r = 0. 801, P = 0. 000 ); cerebral calcification was positively correlated with mental retardation and seizures ( r = 0. 408 , P=0. 01; r= 0.457, P =0.003). Conclusion Misdiagnosis rate and cerebral calcification rate are high among IHP patients; positive correlations exist between phosphate and blood calcium x phosphorus product, as well as cerebral calcification and mental retardation; cerebral calcification is among the risk factors of epilepsy.关键词
