摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the serum concentrations of IL - 6, Hs - CRP and TNF - a in patients with chronic heart failure and the clinical significance. Methods Serum concentrations of IL -6 ,Hs - CRP and TNF - a in 38 healthy volunteers ( control group ) and 95 patients with chronic heart failure were determined. Ejection fraction and mass index of left ventricle were measured by echocardiography. Results Serum concentrations of IL - 6, Hs - CRP and TNF - a in patients with different chronic heart failure were significantly different from those of the control group ( P < 0. 01 ). Serum concentrations of IL - 6, Hs - CRP and TNF - a were positively related to NYHA grading and the mass index of left ventricle and negatively related to ejection fraction of left ventricle( P <0. 01 ). Conclusion Serum concentrations of IL - 6,Hs - CRP and TNF - a can be used as indicators of left ventricle heart failure indicators and can be ancillary used in the diagnosis of chronic heart failure.关键词
