预防性护理在高血压脑出血术后康复中的影响

摘要
Abstract
Objective To invesligale the clinical effect of preventive nursing on Postoperative rehabililation of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods Tolally 92 palienls with Postoperative hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in our department from March 2007 to Sep-Lember 2010 were reviewed and randomly divided into conlrol group (re =46) and study group (re =46). The palienls in conlrol group were given rouline nursing while those in study group were given prevenlive nursing. The clinical data of the two groups were compared. Results The mortalily rale, good prognosis rale and disability rale were 28.26% ,34.78% and 32.61% in conlrol group while those were 23.91% , 56.52% and 21.74% in study group. These were significant differences in good prognosis rale and disability rale between the two groups ( P < 0. 05 ) , however, there was no significant difference in morlalily rale between the two groups ( P > 0. 05 ) . These was no significant difference in aclivily of daily life (ADL) score between the two groups preoperalively (P>0.05) ,bul significant differences in ADL score were observed at 2 weeks and 12 weeks after nursing intervention (P<0. 05). Statistical differences were existed in incidences of re-bleeding,pulmonary infection and peptic ulcer (P <0. 05) . Conclusion The prevenlive nursing can improve the prognosis, reduce the incidence of Postoperative complications and promote the daily life ability of palients with postoperalive hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.关键词
