203例老年胆石症外科治疗的临床分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical characlerislics of cholelithiasis in elderly palienls and to provide references in clinics. Methods Tolally 203 elderly palienls with cholelithiasis were randomly divided into cholecysleclomy group ( n = 101) and comprehensive treatment group (n = 102) . Cholecysleclomy was applied in cholecysleclomy group while cholecysleclomy combined with common bile duct li-tholomy was used in comprehensive treatment group. The clinical data of the two groups after the treatment were compared. Results There were slalislical differences in operalion lime between the two group, more operarlion lime was required in cholecysleclomy group compared with that in comprehensive treatment group (P<0. 05). However, these was no significant difference in the blood loss and hospital duration between the two groups (P>0.05). Higher stone clearance rale and lower recurrence rale were observed in comprehensive treatment group compared with those in cholecysleclomy group ( P < 0. 05 ). These was no significant difference in complication rale between the two groups (P>0. 05). Conclusion with higher stone clearance rale and lower recurrence rale,cholecysleclomy combined with common bile duct li-thotomy is an oplimal trealment method for cholelithiasis in elderly palients.关键词
