摘要
Abstract
Objective To invesligale the therapeutic effects of different surgical timings on concomitant exotropia so as to provide theo-retical references for the early intervention. Methods Tolally 40 cases of concomilanl exotropia were divided into Lwo groups equally according to the surgical Lime, palienls of 2 ~ 12 years old were classified into observation group and those of 12 ~ 38 years old were classified into control group(n=20). Results after treatment, 19 patients were complelely corrected and 1 patient was under correclion in observation group while 23 palienls were complelely correcled and 7 palienls were under correclion in conlrol group. The complete correclion rale of observalion group was obviously higher than that of conlrol group ( P < 0. 01) . The post-operative recovery rale of binocular vision of palienls in observalion group was 100% , which is remarkably higher than that of 60% in conlrol group (P<0. 01). Conclusion Surgical treatment is the oplimal choice for concomilanl exolropia and surgical liming has a remarkable affecl on ocular correclion and binocular vision recovery, thus treatment should be actively adopled at early stage.关键词
