Abstract
BACKGROUND: Crossing Kirschnet wire. Kirschners tension-band, coracoclavicular screw, and bridging technique have nosatisfactory effects on Tossy type III acromioclavicular joint dislocation.OBJECTIVE: To compare the therapeutic effects of two methods to treat Tossy type III act omioclavicular joint dislocation withminimally invasive cotacoclaviculat ligament recons truction and claviculat hook interior fixation.METHODS: A total of 63 patients with Tossy type III acromioclaviculat joint dislocation wete treated with minimally invasivecoracoclavicular ligament reconstruction and clavicle hook interior fixation.RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: According to Karlsson evaluation standard, the excellent rate in gtoup I was 92% at the end ofthe fitst month, 88% in the third month after opetation. Meanwhile the excellent rate in gtoup 0 was 79% at the first month 75%in the third month aftet opetation. The diffetence of the excellent rate between these two gtoups wete significant(P <0.05)C ompated to the claviculat hook intetiot fixation, the minimally invasive cotacoclaviculat ligament teconsttuction is moteconvenient, safe and effective fot Tossy type III acromioclavicular joint dislocation with less trauma.关键词
