摘要
Abstract
Objective: To screen the prevalence of lower cxlremity artery disease{LEAD)in diabetic patients through examining the ankle-brachial index(Abl) used by Diabetic foot diagnoses box and investigate its relationship with diabetic foot.Methods: AB1 was determined by quantitative sensation tester in 126 type 2 diabetic patients with positive symptom of lower extremity.The clinical characteristics such as plasma glucose.HbAlc and blood pressure were collected.Patienis were divided into two groups based on AB1. ABI≥1.0 as normal group (n=52),Abl <1 as unnormal group (n=74). Results: The correlation analysis showed that AB1 was associated negatively with age, SBP. Duration and HbAlc. Conclusion: Diabetic duration and glucose control are key risk factors of ABI.Diabetic foot diagnosing box is an easy and unwounded way to examine Abl.关键词
