Abstract
Objective To determine the influencing factors of the content determination of Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide Tablets (UV method) and to explore the HPLC determination method. Methods The samples were prepared with 2 kinds of assistant materials respec-tively. To determine the content of dextromethorphan hydrobromide with different testing water and different test Methods. Results In the content determination of dextromethorphan hydrobromide by UV, different assistant materials and different testing water had significant influ-ence on the detection Results. The HPLC determination method for the content of Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide Tablets was estab-lished. Conclusion The content determination of dextromethorphan hydrobromide by UV has many interference factors such as assistant ma-terials and solvent (water). The established HPLC method is simple, accurate without interference of assistant materials and with the average recovery rate of 99. 75% .关键词
