Abstract
Objective To establish a method for determining ubenimex residual in pharmaceutical equipments cleaning. Methods The con-tent of ubenimex residual was determined by total organic carbon (TOC) method and calculated by external standard method. Results There was a good linear relationship between the ubenimex concentration and the peak area in the range of 1-12 μg/mL( r = 0. 999 9). The minimum detectable limit was 0.16 μg/mL The average recovery rate was 82. 5%, RSD 10. 4%. Conclusion This method is simple, rapid, ac-curate and specific, which can be used for the determination of ubenimex residual in pharmaceutical equipments cleaning.关键词
