Chitosan tissue engineered skin in treatment of diabetic foot
摘要
Abstract
Objective To compare the trealmenl effects of chitosan Lissue engineered skin,hydrocolloid dressing (duoderm) and con-ventional gauze in trealmenl of palienls with diabelic fool ulcer. Methods Tolally 53 palienls with diabelic fool ulcer were randomly divided into chilosan skin trealmenl group, duoderm group and conventional therapy group. Ulcer healing rale and the average healing lime were observed. Results The healing rale in duoderm group was superior to that in conventional trealmenl group, the difference was slalislically significant (P<0.05) ;lhe healing rale in chilosan skin trealmenl group was superior to thal in duoderm group, the difference was slalislically significant ( P < 0. 05 ) . The average healing lime in duoderm group and chilosan skin Irealmenl group were less than lhal in conventional iherapy group, the differences were slalislically significant ( P < 0. 05 ) , and there was no difference between chilosan skin trealment group and duoderm group ( P > 0. 05 ) . Conclusion Duoderm can improve the healing rale and reduce the average healing time of diabelic ulcer. Chilosan lissue engineered skin can significantly increase the healing rale of diabelic ulcer compared wilh duoderm.关键词
