MSCT及MPR技术在肠梗阻诊断中的应用价值

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the clinical value of m ulti-slbe spiralCT (M SCT ) thin-layer and m ultiplanar reformation technique(MPR)in the cause, location and extent of intestinal obstruction. M ethods:189 patients suspected of intestinal obstruction w ere scanned w ith G E 64-M SC T ,folbw ed w ith m ultiplanar reform ation technique(M PR ) ,M SC T findings w ere com pared w Mi pathology of surgery to evaluate theM SCT and M PR of diagnosis value. Including taro independent readers blinded to diagnose only with the transverse in ages firstly ,and then with transverse and M PR in ages to assure the presence of intestinal obstruction .Concordance of diagnosis,the score of confidence and accuracy of the taro diagnostic m ethods m en timed above were com-pared. Resuits:The diagnostic agreem entrate gotfrom transverseCT in ages and transverse plus M PR in ages were 91.2% and 95 .2% ,respectively (not significant) .But diagnosis w Mi transverse plus M PR in ages could im prove consistency of tar o independent readers. ( K values w ere 0 .61 and 0.76 respectively) ,also could inprove the confidence score (significant difference, P<0 .05) .Conclusion: There is no significant difference in the agreem ent rate of etio logical diagnosis w ith transverseCT mages abne, and transverse plus M PR in ages in the diagnosis of intestinal obstruction, but the latter m ethod can in prove consistency of tar o independent readers in diagnosis of intestinal obstruction, also can inprove the diagnosis confidence score. M PR technology is an in portant supplem ent in the diagnosis of intestinal obstruction .关键词
