Abstract
Objective To study the preparation technology of Zhanshu Capsule. Methods The best extraction conditions were screened by orthogonal test and repeating validation test with extraction yield as an index. Results The three Chinese medicinal materials except Sanqi and Dragon's Blood were extracted by reflux with 70% ethanol and the residue was soaked with 10 -fold amount of water for 3 h and boiled for 2 h. The filtrate and extract were combined and concentrated into a thick paste, which was made into capsules by adding Sanqi and Dragon's Blood. Conclusion The used method is simple and rapid. The detected results may provide a scientific basis for rational use of Zhanshu Capsule in clinic.关键词
