摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of rhubarb combined omeprazole on the plasma level of endothelin (ET) in the aged patients with gastric ulcer. Methods 100 cases of elderly gastric ulcer were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with omeprazole, while the treatment group was treated by rhubarb combined omeprazole Results Compared with the normal subjects, the plasma level of ET in the two groups was increased significantly. Compared with the control group, the ET level after treatment in the treatment group was decreased significantly (P < 0. 01). Conclusion Rhubarb combined omeprazole is better to reduce the plasma ET level in senile peptic ulcer with better clinical curative effect.关键词
