系统性红斑狼疮胸部CT短期随访研究(附64例分析)
Short-term follow-up studies on chest CT in patients with SLE (an analysis of 64 cases)

摘要
Abstract
Objective: To investigate 1he lesion character and pathological nature of chest CT signs of system ic lupus eryihem ato-sus (SLE). M e1hods: In ages of 203 chest CT scans (139 CT short-term follow-up scans and 1 to 4 scans per case) in 64 patients with SL E w ere retrospectively analyzed. A follow -up scan w as done m ean (91.57+ 68 .57 ) days. T he show rate of C T signs of chest lesions w ere calculated and the extension of chest lesions w ere scored on chest C T in ages. Results; In frequent CT manifestations in chest of SLE patients, lung consolidation ( n = 18) and ground-glass opacity ( n = 57) easily changed, I. E. Betterorworse. The changed frequency w as higher significantly than that of in terbbukr septal thickening ( n=51), irregular interface sign ( n = 38), subpleural bands ( n = 13), pleural thickening ( n = 34) and pericardiac thickening ( n = 16) (all P value less than 0 .001) . The difference betw een the form ers and am ong the latters was not significant (all P value m ore than 0 .05 ) . In addition, the no changed C T signs included lung honeycom b sign ( n = 3 ) , single or m ultiple lung cysts ( n = 8 ) , pleuraleffusion ( n = 3), ascites ( n=3), and m ediastinaland/oraxillary lym phadenopathy ( n = 24) in CT short-term follow-up in ages. T here w as no significant difference in the extension am ong ground-glass opacity, interbbular septal thickening and irregular interface sign (all P value m ore than 0 .05 ) , but significantly bigger than in that of lung consolidation, subpleural bands, pleural and pericardiac thickening (allP value less than 0 .05). The extension of pericardiac thickening was sin ilar to lung consolidation, but significantly less than that of others (allP value less than 0 .001) . The changes of extension of ground-glass opacity in CT short-term follow-up im ages w as m ore than thatofothers (allP value less than 0 .05), butexceptlung consolidation and the m anifestations w ith little cases. Conclusion: To a certain extent, The C T short-term follow-up scan is propitious to evaluate the pathological nature of chest CT signs and helps estimation of the state and curative effect of SLE .关键词
