达立通颗粒治疗功能性消化不良的Meta分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective To review the effect and safety of Dalitong Granule in the treatment of functional dyspepsia by evidence based medicine methods. Methods Databases of Medline,EMBase, the Cochrane library,CBM,VIP and CNKI were searched, studies of randomized controlled trials(RCT) of Dalitong Cranule in the treatment of functional dyspepsia were included for quality analysis and Meta - analysis. Results Six RCTs were gathered,2 were graded A,1 was graded B and 3 were graded C. Meta - analysis indicated that there were no significant differences between Dalitong Granule and cisaprid or mosapride in cure rates, the RR value and 95％ Cl were 1.45(0. 99, 2. 12) , 1. 14(0. 96, 1. 34) , 1. 03 (0. 86, 1. 23) , respectively. Conclusion Based on the evidence recentlv , and cisaprid or mosapride has the same clinical effect and safety for the treatment of functional dyspepsia.关键词
