The Effect of Extracts from Butyl Alcohol of Lycopodium Clavatum on Serum IL - 1β ,IL -6 ,TNF - αt of Rats with Adjuvant Arthritis

Abstract
Objective: To study the effects of butyl alcohol extracts from lycopodium clavatum ( EELC) on IL -1β, IL -6 and TNF - α in blood serum of adjuvant arthritis( AA) rats. Methods; The rats were immunized with the Freunds Complete Adjuvant (FCA). After treating the extracts from lycopodium clavatum were observed, and examine the IL-1β, IL - 6 and TNF-α by corresponding methods. Results: IL - 1β, IL - 6 and TNF - α levels of model group were increased compared with the normal group(P < 0.01); The IL - 1β, IL - 6 and TNF - α levels of each treatment group were decreased compared with the model group(P <0.01 or P <0.05). Conclusion; EELC can decrease and inhibit inflammatory disease to AA in rats through regulating immune mechanism.关键词
