摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish a new synthetic method of 5 - cyanophthalide as an important intermediate of citalopram. Methods 5 - cyanophthalide was prepared by reaction of 5 - formylphthalide with hydroxylamine hydrochloride at reflux conditions for 40 min in formic acid(5 - formylphthalide : hydroxylamine hydrochloride = 1 : 1.2 mol/mol) . Results The yield rate could reach to 83%. Conclusion This method is simple in technology with high yields, low cost and better application prospect.关键词
