我院2007年至2009年口服降糖药应用分析
Application Analysis on Oral Hypoglycemic Agents in Our Hospital during 2007-2009

Abstract
Objective To analyze the status and trends of oral hypoglycemic agents application to provide reference for rational drug use in clinic. Methods The defined daily dose(DDD) method was adopted to perform the statistical analysis in aspects of the amount of oral hypoglycemic agents, its proportion of sales and DDDs in our hospital during 2007 - 2009. Results The amount and percentage of sales in o-ral hypoglycemic agents showed the increasing trend year by year. Among them, the amount of insulin sensitizer had larger increment amplitude, while the upinsulin secretagogues and a - glucosidase inhibitors rose to slow down. Conclusion The structure regulation of oral hypoglycemic agents in our hospital is obvious and insulin sensitizers reveals the trend of excessive growth.关键词
