Abstract
Objective To explore the risk factors and protection methods of occupational exposure in operating theater nurses. Methods The number of surgical nurses with occupational exposure during orthopaedic joint arthroplasty for 480 patients was collected. The risk factors were assessed,prevention measures were made, the occurrence of occupational exposure was intervented beforehand.Results In the control group, occupational exposure occurred in 22 of 480 arthroplasty procedures ( 8.8％ ) but only in 5 ( 2.2％ ) in the intervention group. There was a significant difference in the incidence rate of occupational exposure between the two groups ( P＜ 0.01 ). Conclusions The incidence rate can be lowered by assessing the risk factors of occupational exposure and interventing with the exposure beforehand.关键词
