肺癌数据库系统的研究进展
Research progress of lung cancer database system
摘要
Abstract
To sum up the articles related to the research progress of lung cancer database system. “Lung Cancer, tumor, database” were searched as key words by Cqvip, Wanfang, PubMed and CNKI series full-text database retrieval system from January 2000 to December 2010. Up to 849 English papers of literature and 73 Chinese papers were obtained. Choice criterias: ①)The general characteristics of the tumor database.②) The design and establishing of database.③) The application of database.④ The relationship of lung cancer database and the prevention and treatment of tumor. By extraction according to the choice criteria, 61 papers were selected, and then 23 papers were finally analyzed. Electronic clinical data standardization can be able to achieved by selecting appropriate software and a comprehensive design plan, establishing lung cancer single disease database. At the same time it can create a data exchange and analysis platform. But tumor-related databases are still in their infancy in China.Lung cancer special database can realize data standardization, be suitable for clinical, scientific research and teaching applications,it also can guide the medical organizations to monitor and control lung cancer patients of the community.关键词
