Abstract
Objective: To identify five Chinese medicinal herbs, Radix Curcumae, Rhizoma Curcumae, Radix Bupleuri, Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae and Rhizoma Sparganii in Ru Ji Xiao Capsules. Methods;The Rhizoma Curcumae, Radix Bupleuri , Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae and Rhizoma Sparganii in Ru Ji Xiao Capsules were identified with biological microscope; The Radix Curcumae in Ru Ji Xiao Capsules was determined with the methods of volumetric analysis combined with microscopic quantitation according to the microscopic character, gelatinizing bolus of starch granule. Results;The microscopic features of Rhizoma Curcumae, Radix Bupleuri, Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae and Rhizoma Sparganii were nonglandular hairs, fragments of oil ducts, grit cells, starch grains, respectively; When the number of gelatinizing bolus of starch granules ranged from 29.7 - 37.58, which showed that Radix Curcumae and other four herbs contained in the Ru Ji Xiao Capsules. Conclusion:The experiment showed that the method for identifying Radix Curcumae, Rhizoma Curcumae, Radix Bupleuri, Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae and Rhizoma Sparganii in Ru Ji Xiao Capsules was reliable, convenient and with the benefit of less environmental contamination, which supplies the evidence to control the quality of the capsules.关键词
