摘要

Abstract

Ba0.60 Sr0.40 TiO3 (BST) ceramic is prepared by the conventional solid state-sintering process at low temperature. The sintering behaviors, phase components, microstructures and the dielectric properties of BST ceramics co-doped with CuO and Li2CO3 is investigated. It indicated that the combination of 0. 2% CuO and 2. 0% Li2CO3 additions is effective in reducing the sintering temperature of Ba0.60 Sr0.40 TiO3ceramics from 1 350*C down to 925"C and the sample sintered at low temperature displayed excellent comprehensive dielectric properties: tr = 2 725, tan $-0. 004 4 ( measured at 10 kHz and 20'C), and a tunability of 32. 2% ( at 10 kHz under a dc electric field of 2 Kv/mm ).
