摘要

Abstract

Some characteristics of the cinnamoyl Co A reductase (CCR) genes were analyzed and predicted by the tools of bioinformatics. The characteristics were as follows t nucleic acid sequence similarity, promotor sequence, gene expression and function, as well as physical and chemical properties, tertiary structure and subcellular localization of CCR protein. The results showed that AtCCRl and AtCCRZ sequence, physical and chemical properties, tertiary structure of the two CCR protein were highly similar to that of other plant CCR. The two CCR proteins located to cytoplasm. AtCCRl gene expression amounts in whole plant and each organs were all higher than that of AtCCRZ. Moreover, AtCCRl and AtCCRl were differentially expressed in response to several conditions, sunch as salinity, ABA, cycloheximide, et al. The differences were probably correlated with different cis-acting elments in their promoter sequences.
