摘要

Abstract

Objective: To study and explore the neuroprotective effects and the further mechanism of Phenolie Alkaloids-from MenisPermum Daurieum on cerebral ischemia in rats. Methods; In order to observe the neuroprotective effect of Phenolie Alkaloidsfrom MenisPermum Daurieum on cerebral ischemia, the rats with incomplete cerebral ischemia were induced with fishing lines in the middle cerebral artery ( MCA) and then were executed after cerebral ischemia. It was detected the effects of Phenolie Alkaloidsfrom MenisPermum Daurieum on protein expression of NF - κBd65 with immu-neohistochemical method. Results: PAMD could inhibit the expression of NF - κBp65 protein of model rats. Conclusion: Phenolie Alkaloidsfrom MenisPermum Daurieum has a protective effect on cerebral ischemia and the mechanism of Phenolie Alkaloidsfrom MenisPermum Daurieum against cerebral ischemia is related to inhibiting anti - inflammatory action and affecting the related expression of NF - κBp65 protein interrelated with anti - inflammatory action.
